These need to go into the jars tonight for sure!!!
Already done one batch of 24 quarts of pickles and another big
batch earlier a few weeks ago....
This is my first time canning pickles actually what am I saying
this is my first time canning at ll by myself!! I have been learning LOTS!!!
I canned 10 pints of green beans already too..and I have another 35 pounds to go on Saturday morning....why have I thrown myself into canning...one reason...it sounded like fun!
My hubby made me a green house and well he worked hard on it and I thought I better
show off what came from that by canning a little...I sure wish my
grandparents where here to teach me...they used to can TONS and TONS!!!
They knew everything about canning....
